Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The property has 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and one with the flexibility of being either 2 x single beds or 1 x super king size bed. One bedroom has views to the rear of the property overlooking the rear garden and the other 2 bedrooms have views to the front over towards the mature gardens and trees of Endrick Lodge. Guests can make use of the comfortably sized bathroom which has an over-bath shower, towel radiator, WC and sink or the shower room on the ground floor with a shower, towel radiator, WC and sink.
The Living Spaces
The property features 2 separate living areas. A spacious, light Lounge with a large window overlooking the front of the property – with comfortable seating and a cosy log burner there is room here for everyone to lounge together after a day of activities! The Sunroom overlooking the back garden is light, airy and very relaxing – relax here with a cup of tea and watch the numerous birds that visit to feast on the plums, apples and strawberries.
Kitchen and Dining
The Shaker-style kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining room with a farmhouse oak dining table and chairs for 6 is linked to the lounge by folding doors providing quieter dining options or an ideal space for relaxing and chatting with other members of your group while someone cooks.
Guest access
Guests have sole access to the property and gardens.

Bedroom 1 can be configured as either 1 x super king-size bed or 2 x standard single beds.
Please advise on booking how you would like each bedroom configured.
The wildlife pond in the back garden is fenced off however no responsibility can be taken for any accidents. Please supervise children at all times.
Linens are included on all beds and towels are also supplied.
Amenities include but are not limited to WiFi, hot water, heating, gas & electricity, TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests receive a ‘starter pack’ of easy-light firelogs, dishwashing detergent, cleaning fluid, dishcloths, a few bin liners, a pint of milk, tea, coffee, sugar and a packet of biscuits. Guests are expected to replenish these if they run out during their stay.
The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted.
